Blog Fuel began as a Facebook community for bloggers, a safe place online in which bloggers of all niches and levels could come together, learn from one another, inspire one another, and hang out with people who speak their language.
Kirsten Thompson, founder of Blog Fuel and her own brand, Sweet Tea, LLC, created the Blog Fuel podcast after several requests from members of the community, launching Season 1 in late May 2016. Season 1 episodes were conducted in interview style with guests who are experts in the blogging and online business world.
In the planning stages for Season 2, Kirsten knew she wanted to breathe new life into the podcast, and invited Erin Shebish to join as the Season 2 co-host. After only a few episodes, Kirsten and Erin realized the chemistry they had, and listeners couldn’t get enough! Kirsten proposed to Erin, asking her to be her forever co-host, and voila!
Erin & Kirsten are both experts in blogging and online business, and bring that expertise to every episode. What makes Blog Fuel so special, however, is the humor and honesty they bring as well. One iTunes listener had this to say:
Not only do I find myself laughing along with you, I find myself talking to you…So I just have to say well done for making your podcast so fun, so real, and so practical.
